Stone-customized pieces (a standard design made with a stone color you selected): return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, with a 30% restocking fee.
Bespoke and full-custom pieces, as well as rings that have been resized, are final sale.
Resizing: add Ring Size Insurance ($25) at checkout and resizing labor is on us for the life of your ring — you cover insured shipping both ways. Without insurance, resizing is $30 plus shipping.
