SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Standard Shipping is FREE. All US orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx excluding Hawaii, which requires air shipment. USPS Priority Small Box Flat Rate (Standard) will take approximately 1 to 5 business days within U.S.
Please note that all packages require a signature and keep track of the package with the provided tracking information.
All of our beautiful jewelry pieces are handmade. Please allow us 2 to 3 weeks for the production, which does not include the shipping time. Certain custom orders might take longer.
* International Shipping
We use UPS or FedEx or DHL's calculated rate. International shipping cost will vary depending on the country and the type of shipping service. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes. Please contact your local post office for more information as customs policies differ among countries.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
All jewelry pieces are handmade and made to order. Returns are accepted with a restocking fee depending on the amount of your purchase. (Please visit Warranty for further information) We strongly recommend that you have the accurate sizes for your rings and other customized pieces prior to completing your orders.
In the event that an item is delivered as a defective or damaged, you must return the item within 5 days after receiving the item. We will make necessary arrangements and return it to you. Please inquire us about the RA# (via "info@lecontejewelry.com"), and print clearly on the shipping box. You will be responsible for any shipping costs. We recommend that you have insurance on the shipments for up to the value of the returned item.
Please contact us regarding any repairs due to normal wear and tear.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email of notification regarding the receival of your return. If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account. The next step is to contact your bank. Please note that there is some processing time before the refund is officially posted and may take some time. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lecontejewelry.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded and only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lecontejewelry.com and we will provide you the further instructions.
Shipping for Returns
To return your product, please send us an email at info@lecontejewelry.com.
You will be responsible for shipping costs in returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return-shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach to you may vary depending on your location.
