Warranty
Our warranty
Every Le Conte piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. We warranty our craftsmanship for one year from delivery.
Covered within one year of delivery:
- Manufacturing defects — casting or fabrication flaws, clasp or mechanism failure under normal wear.
- Missing or loose stones — if the piece itself is in good condition but a stone has fallen out or become loose, that’s on us. We will reset or replace the stone and repair the piece at no charge.
Not covered:
- Impact damage — a piece that comes back dented, crushed, or bent has taken a hit, and that repair is not warranty. We will always quote it separately before doing any work.
- Normal wear, surface scratches, and patina that develop with wear.
- Work performed by jewelers outside our studio.
- Natural stone characteristics (inclusions, color variation) — part of what makes your stone yours.
If your piece needs warranty service, email info@lecontejewelry.com with photos. You cover insured shipping to us; we cover the repair and return shipping.
Resizing and returns
With Ring Size Insurance ($25 at checkout), resizing labor is complimentary for the life of your ring. Without insurance, resizing is $30 per service. Customers cover insured shipping both ways. See our Shipping & Returns page for details and design limitations.
