Returns
We want you to love your Le Conte piece. Return requests for standard collection designs must be submitted within 14 days of delivery — full refund to your original payment method, or exchange for another piece.
- To request a return, email us at info@lecontejewelry.com within 14 days of delivery.
- After we approve your request, we'll email you the return shipping address — please ship the piece back within 4 days of approval
- Pieces must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend insured shipping — we cannot refund pieces lost or damaged in transit.
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final sale
Bespoke and full-custom pieces designed from scratch for you, and rings that have been resized, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Stone-customized pieces
For a standard design made with a stone color you selected, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. A 30% restocking fee applies. Please ship the piece back within 4 days of approval. The 30% fee applies to exchanges as well. Pieces must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and condition requirements as returns. The 30% restocking fee on stone-customized pieces applies to exchanges as well — the fee reflects the customization, not the refund method. If the new piece costs more, we will invoice the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference to your original payment method. Exchanges ship after we receive your original piece.
Ring Size Insurance — $25
Rings are personal; fingers change. Add Ring Size Insurance at checkout — a one-time $25 — and resizing labor is complimentary for the life of your ring. You cover insured shipping both ways each time. Insurance is offered only on designs that can actually be resized.
The $25 is tied to your ring: if you return the ring within the 14-day window, the insurance is refunded along with it. If you exchange for another ring, the insurance transfers to your new piece.
Without insurance, resizing is $30 plus insured shipping both ways.
Some designs cannot be resized due to their structure (for example, full-eternity bands) — Ring Size Insurance isn’t offered on these. If your standard-design ring can’t be resized, we will make it right with an exchange within the 14-day window. (Bespoke and full-custom pieces are final sale without exception.)
