Returns & Resizing
- Standard designs: return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Pieces must be unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility — we recommend insured shipping.
- Stone-customized pieces (a standard design made with a stone color you selected): return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, with a 30% restocking fee.
- Bespoke and full-custom pieces, as well as rings that have been resized, are final sale.
- Resizing: add Ring Size Insurance ($25) at checkout and resizing labor is on us for the life of your ring — you cover insured shipping both ways. Without insurance, resizing is $30 plus shipping.
