Made to order in our atelier. Typical production time is 2–3 weeks (shipping time not included). During peak periods, please allow up to 6 weeks.
This timeline does not apply to Ready-to-Ship items. Certain custom orders may require additional time.
Shipping & Handling
Domestic Standard Shipping is FREE.
All U.S. orders ship via UPS or USPS, except for Hawaii, which requires air shipment.
Please note:
A signature is required for orders over $600.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility & Timing
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Custom orders are non-refundable, including (but not limited to) center stone changes and setting changes.
Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
A restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.
Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Resizing
Resizing is $30. If you’re unsure about your ring size, please contact us; we’re happy to help before you place your order.
