All of our beautiful jewelry pieces are handmade and made to order. Please allow up to 6 weeks for production, excluding shipping time. This timeline does not apply to our Ready-to-Ship products, and certain custom orders may require additional time.

Shipping & Handling

• Domestic Standard Shipping is FREE. All US orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx excluding Hawaii, which requires air shipment. USPS Priority Small Box Flat Rate (Standard) will take approximately 1 to 5 business days within U.S.
• Please note that all packages require a signature and keep track of the package with the provided tracking information.

Return & Refund

• To return your product, please send us an email at info@lecontejewelry.com.
• You will be responsible for shipping costs in returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return-shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
• The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach to you may vary depending on your location.
